We found Diane through a listing by chance and it was very fortunate. She was very flexible and was able to work with us as we drove up from Moscow Idaho each weekend to look a houses all day. Last fall, I had the privilege of working with Diane Bertsch on the sale of a rental property I owned. Since I do not live in Spokane, I was somewhat hesitant about the entire process being conducted online; however, Diane was confident and reassuring.
